    IHN Set-Up (12:30 PM)

The IHN trailer will be parked at the side of the Fellowship Sunday morning after Fellowship service, about 12:30 PM.

Help move furniture and rugs from some rooms to be stored in Room #6, check with a key coordinator for what rooms are involved. Unload the trailer with the guests' belongings, beds, cribs, highchairs, car seats, etc.

The guests' belongings that are labeled are placed in front of the rooms indicating their names, or unlabeled in Room #6. Place the beds and cribs according to how many are listed on their room sheet. Make up the beds with — mattress pad, sheets, blanket, pillow, pillowcase. Place bath towel and washcloth, along with a "welcome card" on each bed. All these items are stored in the cabinets in Room #6. After all this is completed, the guests' belonging are placed in the rooms.

Move the IHN boxes, toys, puzzles, books, etc. from Room #6 to the Phillips Social Hall. Place IHN nonperishable food in the IHN cabinets.

    Thank you for volunteering!
