A Winter Solstice Singing Ritual, a Celebration of the Darkness and Light with Songs and stories is a 90-minute Solstice event featuring the musical talents of Resonance, an all-woman acapella ensemble. Musical arrangements and stories written by Julie Forest Middleton and Stasa Morgan-Appel.

“UUFG is a faith community that is inclusive of a variety of religious beliefs,” says Rev. Christe Lunsford, minister. “We have more than one way of experiencing the world and understanding the sacred. So we’ve decided to offer an alternative to the dozens of Christmas choral events that many churches perform this time of year.”

Tickets to the event are $20 at the door although no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
